StarReach ("we", "us") runs B2B lead generation and outbound for business clients. This page explains what personal data we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- From our website forms: your name, work email, company, and anything you write in the message field.
- For outbound campaigns: business contact details of professionals (name, job title, company, work email), taken from public sources and B2B data providers.
- Basic technical data: standard server logs kept by our hosting provider (such as IP address and browser type).
How we use it
- To reply to your request and deliver the free audit you asked for.
- To send relevant business emails, based on our legitimate interest in reaching professionals whose role fits the offer.
- To run and improve our services. We do not sell personal data.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers we need to operate: our CRM (HubSpot), email provider (Zoho), and website host (Netlify). They process data on our behalf. We may also disclose data if the law requires it.
Unsubscribing from our emails
Every outbound email we send includes a way to opt out. You can also email info@starreach.co with "Unsubscribe" in the subject. We stop emailing you promptly and keep your address on a do-not-contact list so you are not contacted again.
How long we keep data
We keep contact data only as long as it is useful for the purposes above, then delete it. Opt-out records are kept so we can honor your request.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK, or California), you may have additional rights. Email info@starreach.co and we will respond within 30 days.
Security
We use reputable providers and limit access to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
